On Octomber 18th 2013, the AADRI sent representatives to attend the Memorial Ceremony for the 20th Annerversiry of the Foreign Affairs Ministry Retired Pen Pal Forum. Former State Councilor Dai Bingguo gave speech at the event. Up to nearly 300 people attended the ceremony including friends from media outlets, the publication circle, related cultural circles, celebrities and some Pen Pal Forum members.
